New app for instant real-time counts in the field
When we talk to customers we often hear two things – they want faster and more accurate counts in the field, and they want to understand their ripening curve to better predict forecasting.
We knew there was a way to solve this, and build on what we already offer with the GreenView system for berries and grapes. We’ve been testing and building for months and we’re officially ready to release our new count and scouting app – GreenView Go!
Introducing the GreenView Go app
GreenView Go app is a count and scouting tool that complements the full GreenView system. It offers instant counts using our advanced AI, as well as the option to add grower input to better understand accuracy, ripening curve and forecasting. The app is a powerful tool for enhancing the GreenView system’s desktop and dashboard tools.

Instant in-field analysis
GreenView Go allows you to analyse on the go – or back at the office. The GreenView system also runs locally on the app, so it works both online and offline. You don’t need any equipment or setup, just download the app, login, and you’re ready to get started.

How GreenView Go helps growers:
Instant counts
Rather than getting staff to count (which is time-consuming, expensive, and open to human error) you can get an accurate count from GreenView Go – instantly. Growers can get an immediate snapshot of the crop in front of them and an instant feel for the block’s performance.
Ripening curve
Take a photo at the same time every day to see how the numbers change to analyse and understand your ripening curve. Follow up results and images are emailed daily so you’ve always got a record for further analysis.
Growth trends
Look at trends in the crop on-the-go in the field – get a feel for fruit density and analyse where you’ve got high fruiting and low fruiting areas in the blocks.
Visibility factor
Visibility factor is crucial to accurate forecasting with GreenView. The GreenView Go app has a simple and rapid method to calculate this number, so you can calculate at many points throughout the season as this will change with canopy and fruit growth. Results can be used with GreenView desktop and dashboard tools for enhanced results.
Point & Shoot mode allows you to get a feel for the crop and a snapshot of growth trends and variability pockets.
